This is a short documentary on the longstanding partnership between Tyndale Christian School (Adelaide) and 3 children's homes in Western Kenya: Testimony Faith Homes, Neema Homes and New Life Home. A team of students and staff visit the Homes each year and this story only just begins to tell how much of an impact this has on the children and staff of the Homes as well as the visiting team. The video shows the challenges medical students face when training with a human patient and the advantages of using Mannequins for medical training. Since the medical field is constantly changing the University of Nairobi College of health Sciences with funding from National Institutes of Health established a established a Multidisciplinary Skills Laboratory to improve medical education by allowing students the opportunity to have handson clinical experiences by use of expert patients and a simulated environment to optimize skills training experience as shown in the video.
